Services

We offer classic and private tours, local experiences and related activities in the Riviera Maya. Details of each experience (itinerary, duration, inclusions and exclusions) are described on the respective pages or confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Bookings and cancellations

Requests sent via the site, email or WhatsApp are not a binding booking until we confirm in writing. Payment terms, deposits, changes and cancellations are communicated case by case and must be followed to keep the booking.

Liability

We strive to deliver safe, high-quality experiences. Participation in outdoor, water or adventure activities nevertheless involves inherent risks. Travelers are responsible for following guide instructions and local rules. We are not liable for delays, interruptions or damages caused by force majeure, weather, third-party authorities or participant conduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Mexican law as applicable in the State of Quintana Roo. Disputes relating to our services shall be referred to the competent authorities of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
